Shared Works only collects the data needed to deliver retrofit programmes safely and effectively, such as your contact details, property information, occupancy information, condition of the building, and any documents you’ve provided. This data is used to check eligibility, produce a roadmap, coordinate works, and keep you informed.
Your data is not visible to everyone using the tool. Access is strictly limited to authorised users who are directly involved in delivering your project, such as your local council, trusted contractors, or assessors. We follow all GDPR rules and keep your data secure at every stage (are platform is tested for security every year).
We never share your information with anyone outside the project without your permission and you have full control over you data inside the platform.
