Shared Repairs is designed for owners of flats in Scotland who need to organise repairs to shared parts of their building, like the roof or stairwell. It helps neighbours coordinate, collect quotes, and get the job done together. Right now, this is available on an app, but will soon become available on the web, in the same platform as Shared Works. Shared Works is built for councils, contractors, and residents involved in larger energy upgrade programmes. It helps manage applications, surveys, installations, and funding across many homes.
Each platform is tailored to a different type of project, but both aim to make property improvements easier and better managed.
