Novoville is a UK-based technology company founded in 2016. We build digital tools that help public services work better, especially in housing, repairs, and climate-related upgrades.
Our platforms are used by local authorities, housing providers, and residents to coordinate everything from shared repairs in blocks of flats (via Shared Repairs) to large-scale retrofit programmes (via Shared Works).
We work closely with public sector partners and have taken part in innovation programmes like the DIATOMIC Accelerator run by Connected Places Catapult. Birmingham City Council was our first Shared Works client, and we’re actively involved in EU-funded projects such as CLIMINVEST, which focuses on making retrofit projects more financially sustainable.
Since then, Shared Works has expanded to cover many UK local authorities.
